Your Rights, Our Obligations

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms" or "Agreement") are entered into between tz777 (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at tz777.bio, and you, the individual registering for or using any part of the tz777 platform (hereinafter "you," "User," or "Player").

• Identity: You must be a real, identifiable human individual. Registrations by corporations, trusts, automated bots, or artificial intelligence systems are strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold precisely one tz777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during tz777 registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false name, date of birth, CNIC number, or contact details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through tz777's responsible gaming tools or imposed by tz777 following a support request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tz777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

• You must notify tz777 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• tz777 will never ask you to reveal your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All tz777 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in PKR via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Funds may only be deposited from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 100 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• Withdrawal Processing: tz777 targets a processing time of under ten (10) minutes for all withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa on verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. tz777 will not release funds to accounts with pending identity verification.
• Third-Party Payments: tz777 strictly prohibits deposits from payment instruments not registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Transaction Fees: tz777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Standard charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside tz777's control and remain the responsibility of the User.

All betting and gaming activity on the tz777 platform is governed by the product-specific rules applicable to each game type, which are made available within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, these Terms shall take precedence. The following general rules apply across all tz777 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the tz777 system and cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details prior to confirmation.
• tz777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or materially altered after the bet was placed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's balance.
• Maximum win limits per single bet or game session apply and vary by product. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tz777 reserves the right to limit winning amounts on any single event in the event of manifest error in pricing.
• tz777's RNG-powered games are certified by an independent testing authority. The certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are displayed within each game's information panel.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical actions of dealers in certified studios. tz777 bears no liability for technical interruptions in live stream connectivity not caused by the tz777 platform itself.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies on the tz777 platform for financial gain constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9 of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

tz777 offers various promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following conditions apply universally to all tz777 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period stated in each promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically and be removed from the User's account without compensation.

• Bonus Abuse: tz777 actively monitors accounts for coordinated bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, bet hedging using bonus funds, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• One Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. tz777 reserves the right to apply this restriction without prior notice.

tz777 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and regulated gaming environment. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can develop into a compulsive behaviour that causes harm. In discharge of our obligations under our international gaming license, tz777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss limits over defined time periods. Loss limit reductions take immediate effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Users may configure automatic session duration reminders.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may take a temporary break from tz777 for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which the account will be inaccessible for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from tz777 by contacting our support team. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tz777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one tz777 account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the tz777 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Employing automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the tz777 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any tz777 game or service.
• Charging back deposits or initiating unauthorized payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Accessing the tz777 platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

tz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; engagement in prohibited conduct under Section 9; failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; regulatory requirement; or at the discretion of tz777's compliance team.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tz777 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account, including deposited funds, pending investigation. Where closure results from no fault of the User (for example, at tz777's commercial discretion), all undisputed real-money funds will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Users may close their own tz777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding balance will be paid to the User's registered payment method following completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

All content on the tz777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, game content, data, and the overall compilation of materials — is the exclusive property of tz777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tz777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from any tz777 content. Any use of tz777 content beyond the scope of this limited licence requires prior written authorization from tz777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tz777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) interruptions in platform availability caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond tz777's reasonable control; (b) errors in displayed odds subsequently corrected before settlement; (c) losses arising from the User's own betting or gaming decisions; (d) unauthorized access to a User's account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security; or (e) reliance on any information displayed on the tz777 platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the tz777 platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. tz777 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by tz777's regulatory authority. Users agree to pursue internal resolution mechanisms before initiating any external proceeding.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tz777 holds its gaming license. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the foregoing mechanisms.

tz777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the tz777 platform not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the tz777 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and notify tz777 to close your account before the amendment date. The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document.
